Meet the Team

Dr. Ahrabi is Veterinarian, principal and Medical director of Kanan Veterinary Hospital and Central Animal Clinic.He has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 7 years. Dr. Ahrabi has held a passion for the field of veterinary medicine for as long as he could remember.He believes there is nothing more satisfying than providing relief/ aid to animals and in turn, their owners. Pets are our family.

Dr. Ahrabi graduated from UC San Diego in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Biology, then went on to obtain his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of / Columbia Missouri in 2016, before moving back home to Los Angeles. Since graduation, he has developed an interest in preventative medicine (including educating clients on healthy pet care at home) and internal medicine, including managing endocrine disorders such as diabetes.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys basketball, Movies, Hiking, and playing the drums.

Dr. Ravenscroft moved to the United States with her husband and her two children in the early 2000; once her children were adapted to their new country, she decided to go back to school to pursue a new career as a veterinarian. She was accepted at College of Veterinary Medicine of Western University while she was pursuing her bachelor degree in animal sciences, and graduated from Western University in 2014. Since then, she worked in different settings from shelter to private practices ; she has a special interest in internal medicine and dentistry. Her husband and she live with their two dogs, 2 cats and 2 Californian tortoises in the valley. She enjoys hiking, painting and playing with her two grandkids.
